Almaty. October 17. Silkroadnews - Tajikistan is interested in the resumption of direct flights between Dushanbe and Baku, which was canceled due to the small number of passengers, informs Tajik Telegraph Agency (TajikTA) on Friday.
"The limited transport and communications capabilities is one of the reasons that hinder the development of bilateral trade between the two countries", - said the President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon, after a meeting with his Azerbaijani counterpart Ilham Aliyev.
According to the Tajik leader, taking into account the geographical location of the two countries to develop a sustainable transport links between the two countries, resumtion of flights is important for the development of cooperation.
