Tajikistan is not ready to export and import through the Customs Union - expert

Almaty. April 27. Silkroadnews - Tajikistan is not ready for export and import operations through the countries of the Customs Union (CU), which causes concern among business circles of the country, informed the chairman of the board of the National Association of Small and Medium Business RT Matluba Uldzhabaeva, reported TajikTA.
"We have no laboratories, registered in the list of the Customs Union. Although we have available international experience to stimulate jobs and create conditions for the development of producers, Tajikistan is not ready yet",- she said.
Despite the fact that currently three working groups of Economic Development of RT develop proposals on the competitiveness of the real sector, time for implementation the WTO commitments is very limited. Tajikistan will not be able to transit the export of products through the territory of the Customs Union, as there is no worked out mechanism of passing it through the CU.
