Almaty. April 15. Silkroadnews - Tajikistan is the country most dependent on remittances in the world. This was stated in the report of the World Bank (WB), reports the Tajik news agency (TajikTA) on Wednesday.
According to the data, in 2013 the volume of remittances is 49% of the GDP of the country. In 2014, remittances to Tajikistan decreased by 8% - from $4 billion 154 million in 2013 to $3 billion 835 million in 2014.
