Tajikistan plans to legislatively prohibit repeated checks of businesses

Almaty. June 30. Silkroadnews - Tajikistan has banned repeated checks of businesses and determine the timing of their implementation, transmits the Tajik news agency (TajikTA) on Tuesday. This was announced by the President of Tajikistan Emomali Rakhmon at the next meeting of the government of the republic.
Also were discussed personnel matters. The board approved a new Committee on Women and Family Affairs under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, as well as the action plan of the government for the second half of 2015, the national program for the development of blood donation in the Republic of Tajikistan for 2015-2019.
Members of the Government approved and submitted to Parliament a draft law "On inspections of business entities" and the draft amendments to the law "On Licensing".
The aim of the draft law is to ensure the transparency of checks to prevent long, unwarranted and repeated inspections and granting exemptions to entrepreneurs and investors.
During the meeting, the government approved the concept of legal aid, a strategic plan for future reform of the financing of health care in the Republic of Tajikistan for 2015-2018 years, an action plan for the practical implementation of priority projects in the energy sector in the Republic of Tajikistan for 2015-2020 years, the rules for admission of students to universities by presidential quota.
At a meeting have been given specific instructions, including strengthening of security measures at the state border between Tajikistan and Afghanistan.
