Tajikistan put on sale 23 aircraft made in Soviet Union

Almaty. July 22. Silkroadnews - Tajikistan will put on sale 23 Soviet-made aircraft, according to the Tajik news agency (TajikTA).
"23 Soviet-made aircraft, mainly passenger An-24, Yak-40 and Tu-154, will be put for sale. This was ordered by the Government of Tajikistan",- said the head of "Tajik Air" Firuz Hamroev.
According to him, the sale will be performed by State committee on Investment and Property Management.
"This aircraft are not operating currently due to the high fuel consumption and obsolescence", - said F.Hamroev.
The purchase of new equipment is not planned in the near timee, noted the head of the national carrier.
