Tajikistan stopped operations of exchange offices

Almaty. December 2. Silkroadnews - Tajikistan discontinued operations of more than 800 points of currency exchange, reports the Tajik news agency (TajikTA).
On December 1st National Bank announced the decision to close all currency exchange offices.
"This step was taken as part of the regular measures taken to stabilize the situation on the currency market", - reported the press-center of financial regulator.
According to the requirements of this order, will be closed all the currency exchange offices and foreign exchange transactions, including the purchase and sale of foreign currency. All operations shall be will be held in bank service centers, branches of the banks in the field and the head offices of credit organizations.
Order of the National Bank will enter the force after its official publication.
