Almaty. June 28. Silkroadnews – A number of state agencies will be abolished in Tajikistan, Tajik Telegraph Agency (TajikTA) reports.
“A government agency for food security will be established in Tajikistan. At the same time, few state departments and agencies will be abolished”, the statement reads.
The new agency will be established on the basis of state agencies for veterinary surveillance, phytosanitary and plant quarantine, breeding and the main directorate for seed production, which will be abolished.
The state agency for food security will be subordinated to the ministry of agriculture of Tajikistan.
The abolition, as reported, is related to the government’s decision to reduce the number of inspections and raids on the state’s institutions and enterprises.
