Tehran has appointed a new permanent representative of Iran to the United Nations

Almaty. January 29. Silkroadnews - Iran has appointed a new permanent representative of Iran to the United Nations, reports the BBC Russian Service.
"Iran has chosen Golamali Hoshru permanent representative at the UN after the United States banned the previous candidate for the position to enter the country", - says the publication.
G.Hoshru from 1989 to 1995, has served as the Permanent Representative of Iran to the United Nations.
As noted, in April 2014 the US Congress passed a bill to ban the entry into the US for former ambassador of Iran in the UN Hamid Aboutaleb, who was expected to be involved in hostage-taking at the US embassy in Iran in 1979.
