Terrorist act in diplomatic zone of Kabul killed 13 people

Almaty. November 1. Silkroadnews - At least 13 people were killed and another 13 were injured in result of explosion in the Afghan capital on Tuesday, the Afghan News Agency (AfTAG) reports.
According to the security forces, a suicide attacker blew himself up inside Kabul’s diplomatic zone Wazir Akbar Khan. Reportedly, the majority of victims are the civil servants. The security forces cordoned off the area.
The incident occurred at around 4 p.m. local time, when many civil servants and embassy employees left the duty stations at the end of the working day.
It should be noted that the Afghanistan Defense Ministry is located on the same street. Despite detonation of explosive devices was carried out nearby, the military officials note their building was not the target of the attack.
None of the armed opposition groups has claimed responsibility for the explosion so far.
