Terrorists planning attacks in the border areas have been detained in Kyrgyzstan

Almaty. June 29. Silkroadnews – Members of the international terrorist organization (ITO) planning terrorist attacks in the border areas have been detained in Kyrgyzstan, KyrTAG writes.
According to information, in the course of the counterterrorist measures undertaken the officers of the State National Security Committee of the Kyrgyz Republic suppressed operation of the group of international terrorist organization formed from among the citizens of Kyrgyzstan.
The detainees planned a series of terrorist actions using improvised explosive devices (IEDs) and firearms within the border areas to destabilize the socio-political situation.
On this fact, the investigative bodies of Kyrgyzstan’s National Security Committee initiated a criminal case on art. 27-226 (preparation for the act of terrorism), 226-1 (financing of terrorist activities), 229 (organization of illegal armed formation or participation therein), 241 (illegal acquisition, transfer, sale, storage, transportation or carrying of firearms, ammunition, explosives and explosive devices) and 299-2 (acquisition, manufacture, storage, distribution, transportation and transfer of extremist materials, as well as deliberate use of symbols or attributes of extremist or terrorist organizations) of the Criminal Code of Kyrgyzstan.
The detainees have been jailed into pre-trial detention center of the State National Security Committee of the Kyrgyz Republic.
