The Afghan government plans to privatize the "New Kabul Bank"

Almaty. November 6. Silkroadnews - The Government of Afghanistan intends to privatize the "New Kabul Bank", reports AfTAG.
According to the head of the Afghan treasury Mohammad Aka Kohistani, the Afghan government will consider in the next two months all the proposals, except applications filed by previous owners.
The first phase of the privatization will be carried out by the Ministry of Finance of the IRA, the second - by the buyer.
The Ministry of Finance is considering this action as an important step towards strengthening the private banking sector of IRA.
