The authorities of Tajikistan and Kazakhstan discussed the drug situation in the region

Almaty. January 30. Silkroadnews - authorities of Kazakhstan arrived in Tajikistan to get along with their colleagues to discuss the situation in the region, reported the Tajik news agency (TajikTA) on Friday.
The meeting also considered the experience of bilateral cooperation between Tajikistan and DCA security forces from Afghanistan in the fight against drug trafficking and joint operations.
In turn, the Kazakh delegation noted that the anti-drug fight improve performance in the region  and contribute to the ongoing operations in Afghanistan to seize drugs, preventive work among the population, as well as active work on the replacement of narcotic plants to alternative crops.
As noted, the police arrived in Kazakhstan to  study the experience of anti-drug agency in Tajikistan, including information-analytical department of the agency, in particular, to use the program «i2».
