Almaty. October 23. Silkroadnews - The International Monetary Fund believes that if oil prices remain low and there will be lack of economic reforms, in five years, a total budget deficit of the Middle East oil exporters will increase to $1 trillion, said in the IMF's October report.
This year, the IMF expects the budget deficits of the Middle East oil exporters at 13% of GDP. According to the Fund, Saudi Arabia budget deficit in 2015 will amount to 21.6%.
In turn, Director of the Department of the Fund's of Middle East and Central Asia, Masood Ahmed said that by 2020, in oil-exporting countries in the Middle East about 10 million people will be seeking for job, in this regard, "the achievement of financial stability in the Middle East in the medium term is challenging".
According to him, in the countries of North Africa and the Middle East as well as in some countries of Central Asia was a difficult economic situation has formed due to the armed conflicts and low oil prices.
