Almaty. July 27. Silkroadnews - "Chinese company Heli will prepare Tajik specialists for the work on the future refinery in the free economic zone "Dangara"- said the first deputy chairman of the State Committee on Investments and State Property Management of Tajikistan Lochin Fayzullozoda.
It was noted that the Chinese company decided to send Tajik citizens to study in China. Tajiks will study and practice at the refinery of China.
It should be noted, China's investment in construction of the oil refinery planned to be $ 460 million.
The project will be implemented in two phases. The first stage is scheduled to start in 2016, and the next - in 2017.
