Almaty. April 3. Silkroadnews - The European Union and the United States agreed to suspend imposed sanctions against Iran, informed the Iranian News Agency (IrTAG).
"A joint plan for comprehensive action on the nuclear program, read out by Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif and EU High Representative for Foreign Policy Federica Mogherini, contains a commitment to "six", according to which expected the lump sum abolition of any and all sanctions against Iran", - said in the message.
Parties agreed that the parameters of Iran's nuclear activities remain at current levels, and nuclear facilities in Natanz, Ford, Isfahan and Arak will continue to function at the same level. In addition, Tehran will continue to independently produce nuclear fuel for the continuous operation of its nuclear reactors to produce electricity, and it is allowed to use its reserves of enriched nuclear material for self-production of nuclear fuel or the exchange of uranium on the world markets.
Joint Plan of complex actions, which must be drawn up before 1 July this year, will be developed for 10 years. During this period, not less than 5 thousand centrifuges at the Natanz nuclear facility will continue to work to enrich uranium to the level of 3.67%. Remaining centrifuge and related equipment will be replaced by the inspectors of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) to the systems that meet the requirements of the agreements.
It is also noted that during the term of the joint plan, Iran will continue its research activities on the development of more advanced centrifuges.
In addition, according to the agreements, expected the conversion of the nuclear center in the Fordo to the Research Center, where the Iranian nuclear physicists will be able to carry out their work and experiments. At the facility will remain about 1 thousand centrifuges, which will operate on a two-stage system. In Fordo also planned to establish a joint cooperation of specialists of Iran and the "six", which will carry out there research and scientific work for the production of stable isotopes that are widely used in industry, agriculture and medicine.
Heavy water reactor at Arak is planned to be redesigned. In the future, nuclear facility in Arak will be given a certificate confirming its compliance with international standards in the field of nuclear energy.
Meanwhile, a statement on INP was made by US President Barack Obama.
"Today, the United States and its allies and partners have reached a historic agreement and ruled out the possibility of creating an atomic bomb Iran", - said the head of the White House.
He expressed confidence that the final agreement will be successfully adopted, and it will increase the security in the world. On the introduction of sanctions against Tehran, Barack Obama said that they "did not stop Iran's nuclear program, but pushed Tehran to the negotiating table".
As noted in the publication, amid reports from Lausanne world oil prices went down. The cost of a barrel of North Sea Brent fell to $54.11 a barrel. This was followed by a slight rebound. By 22.19 MSK cost of Brent was at  $54.91.
In turn, the experts polled by Bloomberg, believe that the results of the negotiations will not have a significant impact on the market, as in the short term Iranian oil will not appear on the market.
"If sanctions are indeed canceled, the appearance of an additional 1 million barrels a day will have an impact on the situation", - said analyst Phil Flynn of Price Futures Group.
Recall negotiations of Iran and "six" started in Lausanne on March 26. In the current round of talks between Tehran and the "Six" were planning to eliminate all political differences, to open the way to solve technical issues and thus to sign a comprehensive agreement on the Iranian "nuclear dossier" to the end of June.
Work on the agreement, the parties intend to complete by 30 June.
