The first humanitarian CSTO center will be opened in Armenia in 2015
Almaty. December 23. Silkroadnews - Russian President Vladimir Putin at a meeting of the Collective Security Council of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) in a narrow format in Moscow said about creating a network of humanitarian centers of CSTO, indicates the report on the website of the President of the Russian Federation.
"The first of these centers will be opened next year in Armenia, and later a similar center will start functioning in Kyrgyzstan", - quoted words of Vladimir Putin.
In addition, Putin said that CSTO focus should remain " to build close cooperation with Afghanistan".
Under these conditions, as stated by the President of Russia, the CSTO countries should be "ready to adequate preventive measures".
CSTO includes Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Tajikistan.
