The heads of China and Tajikistan discussed the program of economic cooperation to 2020

Almaty. November 7. Silkroadnews - Heads of China Xi Jinping and Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon discussed the program of economic cooperation between the two countries until 2020, reports the Tajik news agency (TajikTA) on Friday.
According Xi Jinping, three strategic objectives of the Government of Tajikistan, in particular to ensure energy independence, food security and the construction of roads, are the strategic objectives of the partnership between Tajikistan and China.
The parties also discussed the acceleration of the construction of the Tajik part of the gas pipeline Central Asia - China, the construction of the second stage of CHP "Dushanbe-2", laying railroad Dushanbe - Kurgan-Tube and others.
"We also discussed the prospects of building a regional railway China-Tajikistan-Afghanistan-Iran-Persian Gulf", - said the head of the press center of the RT.
