The Iranian Government has approved a plan to build relations with neighboring countries

Tehran. September 4. Silkroadnews - The Cabinet of Ministers of the Islamic Republic of Iran has approved a plan to establish closer ties with the countries of the Middle East and Central Asia, reported the Iranian News Agency (IrTAG) on Thursday.
At the government meeting, which was held in Tehran under the chairmanship of the President of Islamic Republic of Iran Hassan Rouhani, was approved the plan of comprehensive measures aimed at increasing political contacts with neighboring countries and simplification solutions of consular issues.
In addition, the initiative provides for the implementation of programs for the establishment of joint economic commissions, to promote bilateral trade relations and the implementation of joint projects in the development of production and infrastructure.
Iranian government will also take practical steps in order to establish direct flights between Iran and the countries of the region, modernization and expansion of road, rail and maritime infrastructure, and the development of the telecommunications industry.
