The leaders of the CSTO member states are in favor of the formation of the international antiterrorist coalition

Almaty. December 22. SIlkroadnews - Heads of States members of the Organization of Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) are in favor of the formation of a broad international coalition against terrorism, reported the press service of the President of Kazakhstan.
As noted, in Moscow on Monday held a meeting of CSTO Collective Security Council. In particular, during the meeting the sides exchanged views on the current situation in the zone of responsibility of the organization and the organization of further actions due to the escalation of tension in some regions of the world.
The event also discussed the incident with the downed Russian military aircraft Su-24, participated in the anti-terrorist operation in Syria.
In addition, discussed the issue of permanent rotation of the officials of the CSTO. The Heads of State organization unanimously adopted a decision to extend the term of office of the Secretary General of the CSTO Nikolay Bordyuzha to January 1, 2017.
Following the meeting adopted the following documents: a statement of the CSTO heads of state; the decision of the CSTO "On the rotation of officials of permanent working bodies of the Collective Security Treaty Organization"; the decision of the CSTO "On the CSTO Secretary General".
