The number of central state-owned enterprises in China dropped to 40
Almaty. April 28. Silkroadnews - The number of central SOEs in China will fall to 40, reported Xinhua news agency.
Committee on Supervision and Administration of State Property of the State Council issued a special document on the restructuring of central SOEs.
Thus, the Committee currently divides state capital into two categories: social-domestic and commercial. The focus of the first phase of mergers and acquisitions will be made on the reorganization of businesses of competitive industries.
The jurisdiction of the Committee for the Control and Management of State Property of the State Council controls 112 central state-owned enterprises and 277 public companies.
