The parliamentary elections in Kyrgyzstan will be held on October 4

Almaty. July 27. Silkroadnews - By the decree of the President of Kyrgyzstan Almazbek Atambayev, the election of deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh of the sixth convocation is scheduled for October 4 of this year, reported KyrTAG citing the press service of the head of state.
According to the decree, the CEC is instructed to "hold free, fair and transparent elections" in accordance with the laws of the republic.
Government is instructed to allocate the necessary funds for the elections, to take steps during the preparation and conduct of elections, to ensure the rule of law, human rights and freedoms, protection of public order and public security, including the protection of the premises of election commissions and polling stations, and their fire safety, maintenance and protection of vehicles, carrying ballot papers.
Prosecutor General is instructed to ensure respect for the Constitution and law in the preparation of elections.
The heads of local state administrations, mayors of Bishkek and Osh, the heads of local governments should facilitate the election commissions in solving organizational and technical issues in the preparation and conduction of elections.
