Almaty. November 13. Silkroadnews - President of Tajikistan in Pakistan was made an honorary doctor of the University, reported the Tajik news agency (TajikTA).
This title was awarded for Emomali Rakhmon for "tireless work in bringing civilizations, religions, tolerance, freedom, democracy and human rights in Tajikistan's foreign policy".
The certificate was awarded to Emomali Rakhmon by Pakistani President Mamnoon Hussain, who is also rector of the mentioned university.
