Almaty. October 27. Silkroadnews - regulation of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict will be discussed in Paris by leaders of Armenia and Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev and Serzh Sargsyan, reported the Russian news agency Tass.
France will act as a mediator in the discussions.
"The main objective of the tripartite summit - to return the Azerbaijani and Armenian leaders to the negotiating table, to try to find common ground, which could form the basis of the "road map" of conflict resolution. There is no alternative, accept peacefull solution, to solve the Karabakh problem. It is important to understand all aspects of it",- said the agency French diplomatic source.
Meeting of the Presidents of Azerbaijan and Armenia in Paris will be the third since the sharp aggravation of the situation around Nagorno-Karabakh in the summer of this year. So, in August, the negotiations were brokered by Moscow. It managed to reduce tension. To stabilize the situation on the border between Azerbaijan and Armenia pointed Minsk Group of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE), which includes Russia, the US and France. However, the specific agreement of the parties of the conflict was not reached.
