"We need investment, we need to create all conditions for investors. The fact that the Ministry of Health and the State Fund management requires an annual extension of the contract for the rental of premises, is a major inhibiting factor in attracting investors, this is corruption scheme for officials", - said T.Batyraliev at the meeting with heads of regional and national health organizations.
"We will appeal to the presidential administration and government, put the issue of improving the investment climate. We have to use their services in the development of our medicine", - said the head of the Health Ministry.
