The text of the nuclear deal should be based on the Lausanne statement, said Iranian Foreign Minister

Silkroadnews - "The text of the final document should be based on agreed and confirmed by the two sides joint political declaration adopted in Lausanne", - said Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif, speaking at a joint press conference with the Minister of International Relations and Cooperation of South Africa Maite Nkoana-Mashabane .
According to the Foreign Ministry, "it is time for the development of a final agreement based on this concept".
"There is a complex legal phase, during which, of course, may be offered a variety of formulations requiring discussion and details", - he added.
M.Zarif stressed that "the decision of the US Congress will not allow the US administration to ignore the commitment" of the country as part of a comprehensive agreement on the Iranian nuclear program.
"Implementation of the agreement is administered by the US administration. And if the Senate plan is implemented, it will complicate the work of the presidential administration, which will have to prove that it is able to follow the international obligations", - said the minister.
