The trade turnover between China and Russia decreased by 27.8% in 2015

Almaty. January 13. Silkroadnews - In 2015 trade transactions between China and Russia decreased by 27.8%, the newspaper “Vedomosti” informs.
“In 2015 business volume between Russia and China decreased by 27.8% to $64.2 billion (422.7 billion yuan)”, the publication said.
According to the representative of the General Administration of Customs of China Huang Sunpin, for the past year the exports from China to Russia fell by 34.4% to 216.2 billion yuan ($32.9 billion), while imports from Russia to China decreased by 19.1% to 206.5 billion yuan ($ 31.4 billion).
“Last year was quite a complex and difficult for the international trade. We believe in some degree this year will be a kind of the same. The improvement of the situation in the Russian-Chinese trade depends, first, on the economic situations in these two countries, and secondly, on the global situation as a whole”, Huang Sunpin added.
In 2014 the trade turnover between the countries increased by 6.8% up to $95.28 billion.
