Almaty. August 31. Silkroadnews – The U.S. plan to initiate a three-way dialogue with India and Afghanistan in the framework of the United Nations in September, the US Secretary of State John Kerry stated at the press-conference in the Indian capital on Tuesday, AfTAG reports.
«The U.S. plan to start trilateral negotiations with India and Afghanistan on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly in New York next month on the basis of strategic talks in New Delhi», J. Kerri said.
