The use of drones in Kazakhstan will be licensed

Astana. April 3. Silkroadnews - Kazakhstan plans to introduce certification procedures for drones, reports KazTAG citing deputy chairman of the Civil Aviation Ministry for Investment and Development Serik Muhtybaev.
"Due to the active use of drones, they will be regulated: will be determined the parameters and all areas of operation procedures. Owners will be responsible, are likely to be introduced certification procedures", - said S. Muhtybaev to KazTAG by phone on Friday.
According to him, in Kazakhstan already operates a basic legislative regulation of unmanned aerial vehicles.Thus, the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), is only developing standards applicable to drones that are mandatory for use in all countries that have acceded to the basic international agreements organization.
According to the representative of the public agency, there is a strong likelihood that the user will be required license to operate with drone.
