Almaty. September 23. SIlkroadnews - The Uzbek government has made it mandatory to insure passenger carriers in the amount of $11 thousan, informed Uzbek news agency (UzTAG).
This amount of insurance indemnity provided by the rules of compulsory insurance of civil liability of the carrier, approved by the government of Uzbekistan, order №266 from 15 September 2015.
$10 thousand designed to redress the harm caused to life or health of the passenger, another $1 thousand - to compensate the harm caused to property of passengers. The severity of the damage depends on the amount of insurance compensation - from 5% to 100%.
