The volume of remittances from Russia to Tajikistan decreased by 87%

Almaty. July 1. Silkroadnews - The volume of remittances from Russia to Tajikistan decreased by 87%, reports the Tajik news agency (TajikTA) on Wednesday.
Thus, in the first quarter of 2015 by individuals from Russia to Tajikistan were transferred $364 million which is $284 million less than the same period in 2014.
As it is known, the decline in remittances in recent years happens due to the economic crisis in Russia - the main labor market for about 1.1 million Tajik citizens.
