The World Bank cut its forecast for GDP growth in Kazakhstan in 2015 to 1.8%
Almaty. January 14. Silkroadnews - The World Bank (WB) cut its growth forecast for gross domestic product (GDP) of Kazakhstan in 2015 from 4.5% to 1.8%, reported KazTAG.
According to a World Bank report "Global Economic Prospects", Kazakhstan's GDP in 2015 will grow by 1.8% in 2016 - 3.2%, in 2017 - 4.7%.
As previously reported, in October 2014 the World Bank cut its forecast for economic growth in Kazakhstan in 2014 from 5.1% to 4.3%. Earlier in June, the World Bank cut its forecast for GDP growth of Kazakhstan in 2014 from 5.7% to 5.1%.
