There are no prerequisites for shortages of petroleum products in Kyrgyzstan - Association of Oil Traders

Almaty. September 4. Silkroadnews - There are no prerequisites for fuel shortages in Kyrgyzstan, reported the press service of the Association of Oil Traders of Kyrgyzstan, informs KyrTAG.
According to preliminary data, during 8 months of 2015 Kyrgyzstan imported 723.6 thousand tons of petroleum products. 396.2 thousand tonnes falls on gasoline, 327.4 thousand tons - diesel fuel.
According to the press service, the trade balances of petroleum products for the beginning of September 2015 amounts to 104 thousand tons of oil products, including 59 thousand tons of gasoline and 45 thousand tons of diesel.
Also, the association added that at present the notional capacity of the market of petroleum products in Kyrgyzstan amounts to 1 million tons.
"Thus, oil traders fully cover the needs of the republic for the fuel, the preconditions for the emergence of a deficit does not exist", - said in a statement.
