This year Kyrgyzstan to export cherries and melons to China this year

Almaty. May 31. Silkroadnews – This year Kyrgyzstan will start exporting cherries and melons to China, Deputy Minister of Agriculture, Food Industry and Land Reclamation of the Kyrgyz Republic Erkin Choduyev said, KyrTAG reported.
“This year we expect much better export growth compared to 2016. According to the agreements two countries reached in 2017, Kyrgyzstan will start exporting fresh cherries and melons to China”, E. Choduyev said speaking at the press conference.
He contributed growth of export potential to successful implementation of “Agricultural sector financing – 5” by the government, allowing more peasants and farmers, who received preferential loans, to export their products to the foreign market.
E. Choduyev also added this year more attention will be paid to increase the export of beans and cotton.
