This year Russia will provide Tajikistan with 830 thousand tons of petroleum products without charging ECD

Almaty. January 28. Silkroadnews - Russia will provide Tajikistan with 830 thousand tons of duty-free oil, reported the Tajik news agency (TajikTA) on Thursday.
“Energy Minister of Tajikistan and the Russian Federation have agreed on an indicative fuel balance of the republic in 2016, according to which this year, as in 2015, Russia will provide Tajikistan with 830 thousand tons of petroleum products free of export duty,” - said the Minister of Energy and Water Resources of Tajikistan Usmonali Usmonzoda.
In particular, it is planned to import 260 thousand tons of gasoline, 310 thousand tons of diesel fuel, along with other Russian oil products.
According to the Minister, supply of the requested amount of petroleum products to Tajikistan will be served by about 40 companies this year.
According to the Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Tajikistan, in 2015 Tajikistan imported more than 336 thousand tons of liquefied gas, which is 57 thousand tons higher to compare with 2014.
The key supplier of the liquefied gas for the Tajik market is Kazakhstan.
