“The White House announced Monday that US President Donald Trump will travel to China, on November 8 to 11. Chinese President Xi Jinping has invited Trump to visit China during his visit to the US in April,” the report said.
As expected, the two leaders will discuss cooperation in various fields from commerce to culture.
D. Trump will also visit Japan, South Korea, Vietnam, the Philippines and Hawaii from November 3 to 14.
According to the White House, Trump’s visit is intended to emphasize his commitment to long-standing U.S. alliances and partners and to confirm the U.S. leadership in promoting a free and open Indo-Pacific region.
