Two new compressor stations of «Kazakhstan-China» gas pipeline have been put into operation in Kazakhstan
Almaty. October 3. Silkroadnews – Two new compressor stations of «Kazakhstan-China» gas pipeline have been put into operation in Kazakhstan, «Xinhua» agency writes.
«Official ceremony of putting into operation of two new compressor stations of line C of the main gas pipeline «Kazakhstan-China» took place in Kazakhstan on September 30», the publication says.
The commissioning of the new stations is expected to increase the line C capacity up to 20 billion cubic meters of gas per year, with the total performance of all the three lines of the pipeline to reach 55 billion cubic meters per year.
«Kazakhstan-China» pipeline construction began in 2007.
