U.S. promised to stop providing aid to Afghanistan if the country will seize power

Almaty. July 8. Silkroadnews - U.S. State Secretary John Kerry said that the United States may terminate the provision of financial assistance and support to Afghanistan  if any of the presidential candidates will illegaly try to seize power in the country, reported Afghan news agency (AfTAG).
U.S. State Secretary called on the current goverment of Afghanistan and presidential candidates to remain calm and refrain from violence, as well as to respect the activities of the electoral commission, which will investigate all violations during the vote.
Meanwhile, U.S. statement was not a surprise. As we know, United States relied on Ghani Ahmadzai - American citizen. According to observers, if he comes to power, America will dramatically strengthen it's positions in the country.
The official election results will be announced on July 22.
