Uniting AOL and Yahoo to expand to China’s market

Almaty. September 28. Silkroadnews – Having united in one company Oath, AOL and Yahoo, want to conquer the Chinese market, New York Post reported.
“Tim Armstrong, CEO of Oath — the company that emerged from the combination of AOL and Yahoo and now has more than 1 billion users — is eyeing entry into another billion-person market, China,” the report said.
With this it is noted that at present T. Armstrong carried out weekly meetings with the Chinese nationals working in his company to work out a strategy for 2018.
As reported, T. Armstrong admits his company is still in the shadow of such giants as Facebook and Google, and, nevertheless, he considers them as partners for content allocation in the platform.
According to T. Armstrong, despite the company has embraced a mobile-first approach, not all the brands are there yet.
