US and NATO will establish a permanent base in Afghanistan

Almaty. May 25. KazTAG - US General John Campbell, commander of the coalition forces led by the US in Afghanistan, said that the commanders of NATO countries are planning to establish a permanent base in Kabul, reports Rosbalt.
"Countries will see that there are areas in which they can help to Afghanistan and want to provide this assistance. Will be established NATO base, from where this assistance will be managed",- he said.
Jh.Kempbell also noted that, despite the involvement of representatives of the civil authorities to the management court, military forces will remain "for security reasons".
