US will pay compensation to the victims of the airstrike in Kunduz

Almaty. October 12. Silkroadnews - United States will compensate the victims of an air strike on the hospital "Medecins Sans Frontieres" in Kunduz. This was announced by Pentagon's spokesman Peter Cook, reported Afghan News Agency (AfTAG).
As said in the statement of the US military, the compensation will be paid to the relatives of 22 victims, as well as civilians, who were injured in the bombing.
Pentagon spokesman also noted that the United States will pay for renovation of the hospital, which was damaged by an airstrike.
