Almaty. January 19. Silkroadnews - From the first half of 2015 Uzbekistan drivers for traffic violations will receive fines by the mail, reported Uzbek Telegraph Agency (UzTAG).
These violations will track 160 automatic road complexes, including synchronous working around the clock traffic lights and cameras, to eliminate movement. Surveillance cameras will determine the speed of the car, recognize its license plate number and place of running a red light. Information from the camera will be sent to the control center, which regulates the movement of transport around the city.
Innovations will help redirect traffic police to the more relevant activities and to eliminate conflicts that comply with traffic rules arising from the subjective assessment of road conditions and traffic accidents occurred on the part of the inspectors and drivers, according to a survey.
