Uzbek ikat may enter the list of Intangible Cultural Heritage of UNESCO

Almaty. September 8. Silkroadnews - Traditional Uzbek ikat fabric can enter the list of UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage, said the news agency of Uzbekistan (UzTAG).
In addition, the Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity are also planning to introduce the traditional art of the Uzbek rope-walkers and art and traditions of the Uzbek pilaf.
Recall that in late August, Uzbekistan was officially awarded a certificate of registration askii (traditional art of wit) in the Representative List of UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.
