Uzbekistan and Russia will produce compact equipment for processing of agricultural products

Almaty. December 2. Silkroadnews - Uzbekistan and Russia will work together to produce compact equipment for processing of agricultural products, reports Uzbek Telegraph Agency (UzTAG) with reference to the chairman of the Chamber of Commerce (CCI) of Uzbekistan Alisher Shaikhov.
"Establishment of joint ventures with Russian companies is especially important, given the growing interest of Russian consumers to fruits and vegetables from Uzbekistan", - said A.Shaikhov.
According to the chairman of CCI, joint Russian-Uzbek enterprises on production of compact equipment for processing of agricultural products will be one of the priority areas of cooperation between the two countries in the coming years.
It is expected that the Russian side to the end of December will send the proposals, and the first results of such cooperation may be announced in the first quarter of 2015.
