Uzbekistan and Turkey signed $3.5 billion agreements

Almaty. October 27. Silkroadnews - Yesterday, on October 26, Uzbekistan and Turkey signed agreements worth $3.5 billion, the Uzbek Telegraph Agency (UzTAG) reported.
The arrangements have been reached at the business forum of two sates’ business communities held in Istanbul.
“The agreements provide for more than 30 joint projects to be realized in the fields of construction of large energy facilities and road infrastructure, production of textiles, electrical equipment, building materials, organization of modern productions in food and agro-industry, logistics centers,” press-service of Uzbekistan’s president reported.
The agreement has been also made to boost the trade turnover between Uzbekistan and Turkey up to $3-4 billion a year in the near future to create new broad opportunities for two states’ business communities.
