Uzbekistan announced amnesty on the 22nd anniversary of adoption of Constitution

Almaty. November 14. Silkroadnews - Uzbek Senate on Friday during the plenary session adopted a resolution on amnesty in connection with the 22nd anniversary of the adoption of the Constitution, reports Kazakh Telegraph Agency (KazTAG).
According to the decree, the amnesty will be applied to those whose crimes are not dangerous to society.
In particular, it provides release for sentenced women, individuals who at the time of the offense were under 18 years, men who have reached the age of 60, as well as foreign nationals.
The 2013 amnesty was applied to 69.5 thousand people, including 3,237 prisoners were released, and the rest were shortened their criminal proceedings.
