Uzbekistan has changed the order of business checks

Almaty. May 18. Silkroadnews - From 1st July 2015 in Uzbekistan, according to the decree of President Islam Karimov introduced a new order of business checks, reported the Uzbek news agency (UzTAG).
"Under the new procedure the conducting of inspections of all micro, small businesses and farms will be carried out not more than once every four years, other economic entities - no more than once every three years only by the National Council for the coordination of regulatory authorities in Uzbekistan. The term of the planned inspections of non-financial and economic activity will now not exceed 10 calendar days",- the document says.
Scheduled inspections of financial and economic activity of business entities cover only the period following the last scheduled inspection.
Checks by law enforcement agencies of economic entities in connection with the criminal cases are carried out with the obligatory participation of lawyers.
Also, now the person who has first time committed a crime of tax evasion and other mandatory payments, will be exempted from liability without institution of criminal proceedings, provided that it is fully indemnify caused damage to the state, pay fines and other financial penalties for 30 days after the discovery of the crime.
