Uzbekistan has commissioned a new reservoir

Almaty. January 8. Silkroadnews - In Urgut district Samarkand region of Uzbekistan was put into operation a new reservoir "Kamongaron", says Uzbek Telegraph Agency (UzTAG).
"In the construction of a new water facilities have been invested over 17.8 billion soums. As a result, on 16 acres of land was created under the bowl reservoir that can hold up to 1.5 million cubic meters of water. Filled reservoir will be at the expense of mountain rivers and mudslides. The main purpose of the new facility - amelioration of arable land", - told the news service mayors office of Samarkand region.
