Uzbekistan has created a map of cultural heritage
Almaty. October 7. Silkroadnews - Group of Experts, consisting of leading art historians, archaeologists and other scientists, representatives of tourism organizations created a map of objects of cultural heritage of Uzbekistan, reported the Uzbek news agency (UzTAG).
"It covers a significant period of human history from the Stone Age to the present day. To date, there were more than 10 thousand monuments of ancient architecture and other objects. This list will be updated - nearly 1 thousand facilities are under the work",- said the "Uzbektourism".
It should be noted that Uzbekistan is the cultural center of Central Asia, which has a rich spiritual and cultural heritage and more than 7 thousand historical and architectural monuments, many of which are included in UNESCO World Heritage List
