Uzbekistan has simplified the procedure of opening deposit accounts for legal entities

Almaty. February 18. Silkroadnews - Uzbekistan has amended the procedure for opening bank accounts, which came into effect from February 16, reports the Telegraph Agency of Uzbekistan (UzTAG).
According to the information, now all legal entities - residents and non-residents, their branches and representative, during the opening of deposit account in the national currency must provide the bank signature card and stamp without notarization.
If you change the print of a legal entity, as well as signatures, the new cards are also presented without notarization.
Issuing of wages is now done from the main account, except cases provided by law.
The operation on bank accounts may be suspended only on the expenditure side.
In addition, changes are applied to non-profit non-governmental organizations. Now, banks are not required to report to tax offices on the suspension of financial and economic activity with carrying out transactions on bank accounts for 6 months. For other entities, such data shall be reported within three days. Previously exception was made only for farmers.
