Uzbekistan plans to attract foreigners to manage the companies

Almaty. October 30. Silkroadnews - Legislative Chamber of Oliy Majlis (Parliament) of Uzbekistan has adopted amendments to the legislation, which could attract foreign specialists to manage the enterprises of the country, reports Trend.
In particular, the lower house of parliament approved a rate of attracting highly qualified foreign managers for management positions in joint-stock companies.
According to the amendments, the income of foreign experts, resulting from its activities as an administrative personnel, will be exempted from income tax, tax on income at source, as well as mandatory insurance contributions.
In turn, the joint-stock companies will be exempted from payment of the single social payment from the payroll of foreign workers involved in managerial staff.
The bill was sent to the Senate, which will consider it in late November - early December.
